Jim and I worked together at Westmere Nursery in high school and our first year at community college. We went to DC to visit his girl friend and had a great weekend. So great we almost missed the plane back to Albany (not that wouldn't have been bad).
He was a good kid who grew into a respectful man. When I went into the USAF and traveled some in that capacity we lost track of each other. One of the greatest things about my life is the people I have met and was privileged to know and call friend; one of the saddest is losing track of them.
